I’m happy to announce that my new commentary on Paul’s letter to the Romans is available for pre-order. Although Amazon says it will be released later in October, I believe it will be available in the next few days. I already have a copy of it sitting on my desk.

Why another commentary on Romans? Great question. Here is a brief explanation of this new series launched by Baker Academic. It is called Word and Spirit Commentary on the New Testament.

It is 262 pages in length and is accessible to those who don’t know Greek. Having said that, I should point out that I do engage with various technical and theologically challenging issues in this greatest of NT epistles.
